desktop switching

ok.  i know i already mentioned this but it is still bugging me.

if i use the DesktopLeft and DesktopRight actions, i can now scroll
between my virtual desktops but they are still out of order.

the order now goes: 1 3 5 2 4

i assume this is because Openbox sees them as a 2 dimensional grid like
this ?

| 2 | 4 |   |
+-----------+

is there a way to make it see the desktops as a single row?  i have seen
other WMs with settings for the number of rows/columns for the virtual
desktops.

the way it works now, is extremely confusing and annoying and it did not
behave like this until recently.
