[openbox] gnome-panel PagerApplet hates me.

Yes, but then if you forget the --no-desktop flag the next time you call
nautilus, it will start up the desktop again unless that gconf key isn't
checked.  If you never ever start nautilus or expect anything else to
start nautilus, then it doesn't matter.  I just like to be certain.
