All desktops sendto item

Heya,

Should the All desktops sendto item be disabled when selected for a window?

Was looking at the code for it, and the way that part is written it would appear it should be, but it's not. I thought maybe the passing of DESKTOP_ALL as an unsigned int (0xffffffff ?) could be causing problems, changed the various functions that add menus and sub-menus to also use unsigned int, but that didn't seem to make any difference.

Added a buncha prints here and there, and menu_find_entry_id() does match against the menu entry, but when the actual client-menu is (re-)created, the enabled flag is TRUE rather than FALSE.

It's a minor detail, but kinda sticks out when the individual desktop menu items are disabled and All desktops is not.
