[openbox] Help for an openbox2 user moving to openbox3

Rox has a nice pager as well as gnome-panel.

Epist is no longer relavant, since openbox can do everything it could and
more now. I don't know of any complete scripts for conversions.

Shrug, Openbox sets _NET_WM_STATE_SHADED on windows when they are shaded.
