Plenty of applications exist to handle your wallpaper. There really isn't a
good 3rd party solution for dock apps.

Yes it should.

Yes I do.

It was pretty much a hacked in favour for Mikachu. I tried doing it in a
separate app but seeing as dock apps are pretty obsoleted by bonobo
controls and/or kparts, etc, I didn't feel like wasting the effort.
Internalizing it was easier. If you dislike it I can provide a patch to
remove the dock from the WM fairly easily :)

A Window Manager I wrote. :P I don't really have more than that, nor do I
feel that I need more at this time.
