[openbox] Suggestion for format of theme file

Those are just ideas at the moment. I'm not totally satisfied with it at
all. It was pretty much based off the only other theme format I've seen:
metacity. While remaining a mapping of Openbox's functionality.

I'm very open to other people's suggestions :) *wink* *wink*
