[openbox] Aterm resize very slow with option -sh (background image shading)

Well, you see, you ahve opaque resizing on. This makes the window resize a
lot while you are dragging. For most apps this is fairly reasonable and
quick. For aterm -tr -sh ... not so much. If it is rendering slow then a lot
of redraws are going to make it not much fun.

You can:
a) deal with it
b) make aterm redraw faster
c) turn off opaque resizing in openbox.
