Im not sure what to say or do about this. I've run openoffice
applications on Openbox since it began. I've never seen anything the
likes of this. Are you certain your setup is the exact same when you
are running blackbox?

I always hear "this worked fine in fluxbox/blackbox but now it isnt
working in openbox" and then they figure out what they screwed up with
that application. heh. Please check that it actually runs right in
blackbox with everything else the same..

Xmms sets the "sticky" flag which is described here:
http://www.freedesktop.org/standards/wm-spec/x225.html
as:
_NET_WM_STATE_STICKY indicates that the Window Manager SHOULD keep the
window's position fixed on the screen, even when the virtual desktop
scrolls.

Openbox's virtual desktops do not scroll, so this is not used by
Openbox.

Openbox currently has no 'always on top' support. Its in the works.

I've fixed this up. Thanks.
