[openbox] Bulk Email Marketing Services

I dunno if this was sent to the list, or if they just made out the headers
to look like it went to the list, but the RCPT was just me.

I remember reading on some list to have an agreement that if a person
spams the list that they pay something like $15 to every user for every
email.

Let me know if anyone else likes the idea... Personally I don't mind
having a few extra bucks :)
