[openbox] Can't get openbox 2.2.3 to compile on Redhat 8.

ding, ding, ding, we have a winner.  There was in fact an old version of
Freetype in /usr/X11R6/lib.  Deleted it, and it compiled flawlessly.  Thanks
for you help.

# strings /usr/lib/libfreetype.so|grep FT_Set_Hint_Flags
FT_Set_Hint_Flags

Maybe you have conflicting freetype libraries. XFree ships with one
that is old and sucks and shouldbe rm'd.
