[obdgpslogger] Debian wooooo

So, I'm stoked; as of today, obdgpslogger is now making its way into
debian. It's taken me a while to get all the sniglets, done but :

Note that of course, this is still only in sid for now, the propagation
process to other flavors is going to take a while. But still, I'm
stoked.

For any arch users out there, I'm also maintaining the arch build on aur.

My first debian package... Now if only I can find a Fedora sponsor for
the package I have waiting there... :-)
