in response to latest weapon stats

sg: 6 bullets, same dmg = +20%. Slightly lower spread too
may make SG too strong. Maybe reduce start shells?
 
uzi: +5 dmg
should be okay, uzi is below avg

gl: +5 dmg
should bring it back in line with the others

electro primary only: +5 dmg
a very little edge

crylink: higher range
also a tiny edge for crylink
 
rl: +10 dmg
should bring rl back to its old glory
