rewrote GetVertices to use matrix blending instead of blending the
transformed vertex positions, this should be more efficient if SIMD
instructions are being used by the compiler, at least when producing
svector/tvector/normal arrays (not when just producing vertex array)
as a bonus, the transform rotation is now nlerp so it looks a bit nicer
