Log message:

changed COLLISION_EPSILON from 1/32 to 1/1024 which significantly reduced the incidence of sticking problems when running around the terrain with a velocity within epsilon of staying on the plane
added an isplanar flag to brushes, but it's not used because the COLLISION_EPSILON fix was sufficient
