Log message:

added RESOURCEFLAG_PRECACHE and RESOURCEFLAG_ALLOWFAIL (which precaches but then returns resource 0 if the precache failed, mainly useful to material loading)
added cubemap texture loading (Texture->type field added to differentiate the types)
made the material (texture set) loading more sane
