Log message:

-Renamed Mem_Close to Mem_Quit, so system can call it.
-AllocStats_Print now uses %lu instead of %li.
-Removed some warnings: AllocStats now uses Nsize instead of NUint32.
-Cleaned up the code (the (*zone) mess is gone).
-Added a wrap_cerror function, that 'puts' the error and exits (SDL_Quit
 isnt called though, because I didnt want to include SDL.h, too.)
 Preferably wrap_cerror will be replaced by a real critical error function.
