Log message:

the huge dwgame/dwmain/dwinput rewrite, now there's a 100% working console, a 95% complete command system (untested, and a few more functions to be written like Command_AddText)
the framework of everything has been cleaned up where possible, proper shutdown is implemented (though a few files need revisions to support it)...
more string functions added.
