[mojosetup] Hi, how to compile the mojosetup on windows?

I used cmake to generate the VS2008 project files for mojosetup and tried to compile it. But I got lots of errors.
Then I used cmake to generate mingw make file on windows. I failed to compile with header files missing in mingw.

So please give me some help for compile the mojosetup on windows, thanks!
