README file and more than one Setup.Option

Hi,

I have a package with 2 Setup.Option sections. Both of these are
normally installed, and to the same root. It seems that mojosetup is
copying the README and EULA files to the root, but in my case it does
this twice, resulting in a question whether the user wants to overwrite
the first instance (the one installed by the first Setup.Option) with
the second. Any way to avoid this?
