SpearHead set up.

OK, I am all new to MOHAA & Spearhead.
I have gotten a Linux MOHAA up and running. Spearhead on the other hand is kicking my ass. 
Anyone got a step by step for dummy's out there?
I sure could use one. Hell I am not sure I have all the right files loaded up.
