[mohaa] MOHAA HELP please

We've been using the daemontools package for about 18 months now and it
has worked great for us, but we are soon about to put our own in-house
code to replace it as it doesn't have any throttling control or any of
the cool stuff that we'd like that's game-server specific. Still good
though :-)

I use them for Ventrilo, teamspeak and game servers. And we run linux.
