[mohaa] mohaa server error messages

I was reading through some forums and peeps are saying that pak7 isn't
required to run.  Seems it has something to do with versions of MOH:AA other
than the US / English one.  I'll keep reading and see if I can find anything
else on this matter.

Steven,
  Do you run the UK version of MOH:AA or the US version?  Wonder if the
linux binaries don't support any versions other than US?
