Problem with SpearHead on Dedicated Linux Server!

Hello,

I having a strange problem with my spearhead linux server


I copy all config from my windows server that works and on a linux server the when the player enter in the game 
they have only 1 clip, 1 grenade (they have only 1 of all ammo)

What could be happens ?
