[mohaa] Server "hangs"

Haha.  That's ok man no prob.  It is Linux and it's Red Hat Fedora 1.  I've
done trace routes and ping checks and there was an actual network issue but
my host got it resolved.  Peeps were getting like 200+ pings and I verified
that was happening with trace routes.  But like I said that was resolved but
the server "hangs" still happen sparatically.  I just thought maybe there's
some optimazition settings you can do?
