[mohaa] Stopping Hackers

I searched high and low for this a few months back.  Found several copies
that only had one of the two fixes applied.  The only reference to the fix
that had both issues addressed was a dead link.  I find the author of the
fix on this mailing list and emailed him about this fix.  He's since moved
on to a new game (i think) and deleted the fix.  He was kind enough to
provide me with directions on making the fix myself, which i've posted here:

Basically, i had to hex edit the file to change the reload commands to
something obscure.
