[mohaa] Map fixes

Map fix is not the best solution for that couse it usually spawns an
object below lader on a particular map - which gives no solution in case
of some custom maps. Better use a patch that somehow relates to moves -
  some move combinations aren't possible

(don't install user_NoLandshark10.pk3 instead look for
user-No-Landsharking.pk3)

addicionaly have a look of what i placed in my box - all this works
perfectlly
