[mohaa] Map fixes

The plane in the building won't allow the player to get behind the walls by 
jumping up on the roof.  Once behind the walls the player can then drop 
below the map and run around under the terrain killing those above ground.

The landsharking is usually done by way of a ladder.  A player pressing the 
use key in combination of getting on and off the ladder in the right 
combination will place themselves half way into the ground and appear to be 
laying on their sides - resembling a shark - hence the name.  There are a 
few mods floating around that will put something under the ladder to prevent 
this.  Best bet is to look at mohadmin.com's download section and forums for 
different mods to stop it.

The plane pne keeps people from getting on the roof of the building at the
end of the street in Destroyed Village. (The street opposite the church.)
Apparently, this plane also stops the land-sharking.
