[mohaa] Spearhead binaries running BT

Hi all,

I already tried this before... See a couple of posts back from me, and Ryan
told me that it wasn't that simple

If Breakthrough vs. Spearhead is anything like Spearhead vs. the original
MOHAA, this will take more than a minor tweak to the game's handshake
code.

I do not have Breakthrough's source code, and have not been contacted
by EA about it. I can't be of any help at this time.
