linux servers problems

Hello , first sorry for my english i am spanish and mi english not
good,

Server version 2.15 beta 5

I run a dedicated server of mohaa spearhead in a linux and when
players play , they not hear when a another player walks .
Other problem is when players move in the game they not view correct,
their bodies move into terrain and not view correct.

I try different Cfgs but i can't resolve problem .

This same files in a windows server runs correct , but my server is a
linux machine :)
