[mohaa] Custom voting options

Hi Eric,

you did it exactly right, but you forgot to put it back to a pk3 file like
zzzz_user.pk3 and then restart.

So here a little manual.

extract the file
change it
put it back to a zip file zzzz_user.zip
rename the zip file to zzzz_user.pk3

put it in you're main dir and restart server. You will see in you're logging
that the server loaded the file and then it should work.
