[mohaa] ...so...?

What would you suggest for the sv_maxrate?

I have tried 3000, 4000, 4500, 6000, 10000

When I went to the 4500 to the 6000 range, the server did smooth out
more, but it was still the same activity when it gets above 20 clients.

it could be that the sv_maxrate is set too low, not enouph data allowed
to
be sent to clients, this is especially the case on large open maps like
omaha.
