[mohaa] MOH:AA Configs

What is it written in?  I am pretty strong with perl and DBI.  I've done
a lot with mysql and perl...

Well..my setup is kinda complex. I have all the games setup in a mysql 
database with the ip and port that it's associated to. From a
centralized 
server I can use a web front end to click on a server and do things such
as 
restart it or bring it up new if it's a new server. The scripts that I
use 
for the actual game startup is mainly using screen scripts from mohadmin
and 
etc.

However, this is not even close to being distributable...it's mainly a
work 
in progress collection of scripts that gets kicked off from a web fe
based 
on what's in my mysql db.
