[mohaa] screen start script

hey guys,

at first thanks so much to ryan for his work. then i would share a script
that i have. it will make starting a dedicated server alot easier. you can
find it here: http://www.bulletgirl.de/mohaa/mohaa.sh. you can use this
script for many games like hl/cs/q3 and mohaa for sure. simply edit the
script and write your path to mohaa down and edit the switch line. thats
all. start the script with: "./mohaa.sh start". it will open a screen called
"mohaa". stop server with: "./mohaa.sh stop". thats all, have fun guys.
