[mohaa] Screen command

Right, but there were a series of switches to run with it. One in particular
allowed you to run as a different user. The particular set of switches that
Ryan put on the list worked perfectly in allowing for easy scripting. I
believe it was something to the effect of screen -d -c username
/where/the/binary/is.

screen -S mohaa ./mohaa-binary
to get started.
<CTRL>A d
to detach.
screen -r
to re-attach. If you have more than one process that is running
via screen, then screen -r will list the name.pid of each screen.
screen -r name.pid will connect you to an individual screen.
