from the windows install just uploading the .pk3 and .cfg files will do.
The cfg files aren't even necessary, but they make for a good start in 
configuring.
I uploaded config.csv too. I don't know if it's really necessary, but 
hell, it's a measly 3Kb so what the heck :)
