[mohaa] banning without using a anti cheat or adminprogram

ive never used to real way to ban from the server, i always used ipchains
or iptables to prevent any packets of theres from reaching the programs
itself, cuts it off at teh kernel level. really pissed thenm off when they
cant even see there stats they generated when they cheated :) .

probably not the best or correct answer, or even teh most elegant answer,
but it makes me feel happy to know they wont even recieve a connected
refused answer to there tcp or udp requests.
