banning without using a anti cheat or adminprogram

Hi guys,

Do you know how to ban people easily with MOHAA ?
I searched the web and found a difficult explenation with bat files bit i
think that was for windows only.

Or is there a simple small program for it ?
Or a simple file to add to the server ?
