Odd gamespy error

Weird one but hopefully someone can help,
 
Server is running with no probs, reports to gamespy ansd all seeing eye
(etc) but.. The server is UK based, has a UK registered IP but reports
to gamespy as a non-uk server. ASE picks it up as UK and do other
scanners.
 
Do I need to specify the location in the cvas somewhere??
