SP server ammo problem

Hello 

we have here a Mohaa server and i'am trying to build a Spearhead server,
it all works fine. There is only one problem when i start the server evertbody
get only 30 rouns and no clips is there a cfg corrections to this ? Do anybody
know something to fix this ?
