[mohaa] RE: howto set up a MOHAA server

This is the instructions for setting up the linux server, there is
really nothing to it. It's the config files you need to know:

So all you do is copy the windows stuff across, put your config files in
the main directory and then do something like:

./lnxded_mohaa +exec server.cfg

And put all your stuff in the server.cfg file. Your best bet is to give
it a go and ask people here if you have a problem.

There is also a beta of MOHAA runner here which is a program with a gui
for setting up the config files. Never tried it myself but worth a go if
you have problems.
