If its available on ASE its most likely running fine. Probably your firewall has one or more of the ports required blocked. I would make sure to add ALL the relevant ports to your tcp allow list in APF. Below is a link to a comprehensive listing of the ports involved with mohaa. You wont need to open them all....but there's the list.
