By default RH installs a firewall. Check and see if your running
iptables or ipchains

Hey guys,

Haven't written in a while cause everything has been (relatively) smooth
sailing......till last week.

I wanted to reformat my game server and install the latest redhat image
file (easiest way to upgrade, I think). So, I tar'ed up my entire
'mohaa' folder and ftp'ed it to a remote server for storage. When I
finished the reformat I just ftp'ed the 'mohaa' tar file back to the
game server and untar'ed it. The game starts up and run s
perfectly....BUT, it REFUSES TO SHOW UP IN GAMESPY, now.

I have wracked my brain for reasons why this would happen: I am using
the exact same .cfg files and command line to start the game, and its
been over 5 days with multiple game and server restarts.

PLEASE!!!!! Has anyone run into this before? I am losing all my regulars
because they think we have closed down.....

Luke
