The issue with CS is HLDS with each patch the load has been
going up and up. As it stands its silly load. Some maps are 1 player
= ~1 %CPU so 20% on 2.4Ghz CPU's but these are very limited and the
main case is a 16 Player game will use 40->50% CPU :(
