[mohaa] Logging options for MOH:AA

Hello Nathan,

Here are the valid options for "logfile":

0 = no log
1 = buffered
2 = continuous
3 = append

Here are the valid options for "developer"

0 = no developer info
1 = limited developer info
2 = maximum developer info

Setting "dedicated 1" means that you are running a dedicated server.
