[mohaa] Logging options for MOH:AA

No one has responded to my request and I have come across the following from
Hammer's examples, but I don't know what the differences are and therefore
what I would want. Anyone care to elaborate?

set dedicated 1
set developer 2
set logfile 3

Are there any other options?

Is there a way to get more detail in the qconsole.log file that a Linux
MOHAA server creates? Like some switch that makes it record more detail. I
am hoping for date and time stamps, IP's, names and other such information
if possible.

Here is what I use to launch the server:
