spearhead locked up as CPU reaches 99.8%

Ryan,
 
here is a stack dump from my spearhead server which spiked the cpu to
max and all players timed out........this happens to me about once a
day. I am hoping that someone can offer me a way around this problem
(aside from getting another PIV 2 ghz). Are there admins out there who
have been running 22-24 players TDM spearhead servers without lockups
due to cpu spike???? If so, what are your settings, PLEASE!!!!!
