[mohaa] Moh:AA required files

I have been running my server like this for months, with no ill
effects. My mohaa directory is ~120MB.

Textures (*.jpg, *.tga, *.dds) and *.wav sounds can defintiely go, along
with the single player maps. That makes up the bulk of what you can
remove.

You can remove the following directories from within the pak files
entirely:

configs
env
fffx
fonts
gfx
music
scripts
sound
textures
ui
