memory management in SH

I know, I know.....Im being kinda negative this week. I have noticed that in
about 24 hours the ram used by a 24 player Spearhead server goes from 98 MB
to 180 MB on my server, as well as using large amounts of the processor.
 
On my Mohaa 24 player server the ram goes from 89 MB to 110 MB and never
much over that even after 10 days.......
 
Anybody else experience this?
