[mohaa] server performance

Things I have noticed on my MOHAA server:

1.- Context Switches skyrocket 2-4 times during peak times.
2.- 30%-40% is spend on NICE (not sys, usr)

Issue number two I solved by re-niceing mohha to -20,  the first one I have no
idea...
