yup....very scary. Especially as a 20 player Moh:aa game uses around
15-25% of the same processor.

Wow, I knew the CPU usage in spearhead was high, but never monitored it
carefully. When my server is around 18 players it runs at 48-60% of my
PIV 2 Ghz. That's crazy......But is this just a Linux issue or a
spearhead issue? Do windows servers suffer from the same thing? I think
they do.......
I know Ryan has this on his list, so this isn't a 'Please fix this
email' - im just wondering what others are experiencing and whether
anyone knows if this is something Windows Spearhead servers suffer from
as well....
